I started running in 2005 in an effort to get fit and have since run over 100 races. I've completed multiple marathons and a few ultras but the half marathon is my favorite distance. In 2012 I took to the trails and haven't left. I still continue to run on the treadmill and road but the trail is my favorite. Taking my love of running to the next level, I've also become an RRCA certified running coach.

I began running in 2005 and immediateley fell in love with the sport. Unfortunately several injuries lead to several years without it. I came back to running in 2010 and haven't looked back since. I have since run a multitude of halfs, a few Ragnar Relays and several Marathons. Also am now a RRCA certified running coach.
